In 2020, Woodside Energy sought to improve the way it planned the majority of its maintenance. With research uncovering complexities across legacy data systems, biased decision-making and distributed teams, a reimagined process supported by Prism, an end-to-end scope management application, was developed.

Background
This client wanted to bring to life an application idea that allowed FIFO workers to easily find facilities, events and classes and register for them while at a mining village. The client sought low fidelity wireframes with a quick turnaround.

In 2016, Basketball Western Australia (BWA) conducted the largest strategic review of their development pathways in their history. Led by Darrsh, a comprehensive assessment resulted in the following outputs:
16-page Strategic Review document with key recommendations to grow and improve the sport
Service blueprint of As-Is growth model that identified pain points and growth inhibitors
Future-state blueprint of a propose model that facilitated growth and high performance outcomes
